Return and Refund Policy

Each product is assigned a unique batch number, which may be scanned directly from the label to verify that the product was printed using our in-house DTF printer, offering our customers full transparency and assurance regarding the origin and quality of every batch. Every batch of Protonix products is printed and quality-checked in-house on our own DTF printers prior to dispatch, ensuring that each order leaves our premises meeting our specified standards. However, once a product leaves our facility, its subsequent handling, storage, and application are governed by conditions that lie beyond our oversight, and product performance may accordingly vary based on the equipment, process parameters, and usage practices employed by the customer. In view of this, we respectfully regret that we are unable to accept returns or process refunds once an order has been dispatched. Likewise, while every care is taken in packaging to safeguard against transit-related risks, we are unable to assume liability for loss or damage that may occur during shipping, as this falls outside our direct control.
