2. Products, Pricing, and Orders

Protonix offers functional inks and related materials (including DTF, UV-DTF, TPU sticker inks, and hot-melt adhesive powders) for retail purchase. Descriptions, specifications, and pricing may change without notice; we may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at our discretion. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which Protonix may accept or decline. Payment is processed via a third-party gateway; Protonix does not store payment credentials. Prices are in INR, exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated.

 

3. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to the customer on dispatch, unless law requires otherwise. Returns, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy. 

 

4. Distributor Network

This website may connect you with Protonix's regional distributors. Sales fulfilled by a distributor are subject to that distributor's own commercial terms; Protonix is not a party to such transactions except as otherwise agreed.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, formulations, and content on this website are the property of Protonix Materials or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

 

6. Product Use and Disclaimer

TDS/SDS documentation is provided to assist proper use; customers are responsible for evaluating suitability for their application. Products are supplied without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what Protonix states in writing.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Protonix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its products. Our aggregate liability for any order shall not exceed that order's value.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

 

9. Amendments

Protonix may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after revision constitutes acceptance.
